[Updated Tutorial] PPSSPP Emulator/Hakuouki Shinsengumi Kitan Update

I’ve been noticing that a lot of people have been on the Hakuouki Installation page. To be honest, i stopped using the jpcsp emulator a WHILE AGO. Why? Cause it sucks with trying to install all sorts of crap. Use PPSSPP. Why? Cause it works, Has sound AND voice which i OH SO STRUGGLED WITH FOR THE OTHER ONE. I was thinking of deleting it from our site, but then i decided otherwise and instead, i’m gonna create a post about PPSSPP, and write it as an update! So more after the jump for PPSSPP!
